NoMad Library

The restaurant at the NoMad hotel within Park MGM was recently renamed NoMad Library -- a nod to the more than 25,000 books (many from the collection of David Rockefeller), that line its walls. They set the tone for a room that feels like it was lifted from the set of Disney’s “Beauty and the Beast.” And while this spot was not a top vote-getter in the “date night” category (clearly Belle was not surveyed), it’s hard to imagine not getting a “yes” in reply to just about any question you pop here.

NoMad Library did turn up on multiple surveys as one of the best places in town for chicken, as many of our F&B pros are clearly enamored with its signature dish. The whole bird, which is large enough to share, comes stuffed with foie gras, black truffles and brioche.

This is also a fantastic place to catch live music at the end of the night -- particularly when Brian Newman is performing. Lots of people show up hoping his pal Lady Gaga will jump up on stage. But the show is great whether she makes a surprise appearance or not.
