Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar

While Fleming’s is national chain, it still manages to offer local touches at its Las Vegas locations. Steaks are certainly the top choice at these fine-dining establishments: the menu offers four “classic cuts,” three “specialty” options, and a 35-pounce prime tomahawk. Tomahawk Tuesday features the latter, to be shared, served with a signature butter (béarnaise, smoked chili or herbed horseradish) and your choice of two starters and two sides. It's a selection that led food blogger and certified master BBQ judge Mercy Baron to name this one of her favortie spots for steak.

Beef isn’t the only thing on the menu, of course. Chicken, seafood and pork options are available. And the three-course children’s menu has options like chicken tenders and mac & cheese. The Summerlin location also features innovative plant-based options, Carry Out Menu and Family 3-Course Menu.
