Tacotarian (Multiple Locations)

"When the first Tacotarian opened in summer 2018, their goal was to have a vegan taco shop on every corner. While they haven’t hit that goal yet, the popular vegan Mexican spot has managed to grow exponentially, opening another two locations with a third coming later this year. The hip fast-casual spots specialize in vegan tacos, amassing nearly 20 on the menu.

With three locations across town (Downtown, Southwest and Henderson), the vegan restaurant serves up something for everyone with both mock meat and veggie options. They’ve also got one of the best brunches in town for vegan eats, plus margarita flights and specialty cocktails, craft beers and wine.

Perhaps the most Instagrammable item on the menu is what they claim to be the world’s largest taco, measuring the length of a forearm and stuffed to the gills with all the taco fixins’, including fries. Is it a mouthful? Yes. Is it worth the potential overeating? Also, yes."
