Main St. Provisions

Writing for The List magazine, longtime Las Vegas food writer Al Mancini mused that "If Esther’s Kitchen is the welcoming heart of the Arts District’s exploding culinary scene, Main St. Provisions is its sexy libido: bold, playful, exciting and unpredictable."

The Arts District has undergone a dining renaissance over the last few years, and Main St. Provisions is one of its crowning jewels. The menu changes with the seasons, and the availability of heritage meat, fruit and vegetables, often focusing on decadent comfort foods with a fine-dining twist.

Veteran steakhouse chef Patrick Munster (SW Steakhouse, One Steak) assumed the reins in the kitchen in the Fall of 2022, embracing the restaurant’s rustic American aesthetic, but rounding things out with familiar and approachable steakhouse dishes. Owner Kim Owens’ Louisiana roots are also represented in a handful of dishes.

The result is a menu where raw oysters and shrimp cocktail appear alongside Navajo fry bread, filet mignon tartare and quinoa hush puppies. (And that’s just the appetizer section.) It’s no wonder that, as the restaurant enters its second year of operation, excitement continues to grow.
