Fast-casual-meets-healthy at Bronze Cafe. This Summerlin-adjacent cafe focuses on salads, sandwiches (“sammiches”) and sweets and has gained a following over the years. The cafe started Downtown and headed to the ‘burbs in 2019, taking their loyal crowd with them.
Focusing on “fit-friendly” eats, the menu features a large vegan section that includes the popular David's Special, a massive salad featuring shredded kale massaged with housemade lemon vinaigrette alongside roasted beets, curried quinoa, herbed garlic chickpeas, avocado, carrots and a smattering of hemp seeds. Popular sandwiches include the Vegucated Order. It’s a ciabatta stuffed with vegan soy bacon strips, housemade soy “bacon” jam, vegan deli slices, avocado, Arcadia greens, along with tomato and cucumber with housemade basil aioli and lemon vinaigrette. For meat-eaters, there are dishes like the Bacon Chicken Chop Chop, a chopped salad, and the What What, a turkey and pepperoni sandwich with Arcadia greens, basil aioli, oregano vinaigrette, tomato and red onion. When it comes to desserts, they’ve got a full pastry case of all-vegan sweets.
