Estiatorio Milos

Estiatorios Milos offers a Greek spin on fresh seafood in a modern, upscale environment. Costas Spiliadis' concept was a Las Vegas fixture for years at the Cosmopolitan, but relocated to the Venetian with a few added touches like a raw seafood bar and a room dedicated to straining Greek-style yogurt. One thing that hasn't changed is the fresh "market" of the day's catch – on ice and displayed in view of the dining room – featuring fish flown in from the Mediterranean within the previous 24 hours.

“Milos is tried and true," says Lip Smacking Foodie Tours President and Founder Donald Contursi. "People are re-discovering the flavors of simplicity and high quality ingredients, and as Mediterranean and Greek diets become more popular, nobody showcases that better than Milos.”

Fish specials are usually prepared one of three ways: as sashimi; charcoal-grilled with lemon, capers and olive oil; or baked whole in sea salt. A three-course lunch special is a steal for $38.

“They’ve got two things I like – an underrated happy hour, and obviously the lunch," says Anthony Curtis of the Las Vegas Advisor. "That lunch special, it’s gone up and up in price, but it’s still a value.”
